Cheryl's Sweet Treats Mini SVG Collection
Here is a simple card using Cheryl's Sweet Treats Mini SVG Collection. I had a bunch of scraps from a paper pack and cut strips in various widths and adhered them down to the background layer. I used an embossing folder for the icing on the cupcake and some twine from the Twinery. The stamp is from Pink by Design.
